Contraindications

Please be advised that you will be required to fill out a client intake form & waiver and complete a consultation prior to all of our services. 

This is to ensure safety and promote effectiveness of the treatment. Unfortunately not everyone is a candidate for every treatment. 

Some common contraindications include:

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding
• Certain diabetes medications
• The use of Accutane within the last year
• Topical use of acids (eg. Retin - A, Retinol, retinoic acid, glycolic)
• Photo sensitizing medications
• The use of St, Johns Wort 
• Herpes Simplex outbreak (within the treatment area)
• Nail Fungus 
• Rashes / Open Wounds / Cuts
• Sunburn
• Avoid applying foundation, concealer, or powdered products the day of treatment
