Policies

Late Policy– All Services

  • Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, may need to be rescheduled and if so, would incur a late cancelation fee of 50 % the original service before you are able to rebook. If you're going to be late, please call the spa to determine what your options are.


Cancellation Policy – All Services

  • There will be a fee of 50% of the original appointment total for all no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. Since we do not take credit card information at the time of booking, the charge will be added to your next appointment.


Refund Policy - All Services

  • If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds


Privacy Policy

  • Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties


Lash Extension Specific Policies

  • Fills less than 40% remaining lashes will be charged as a full set (assessment will be done by lash technician)
  • After 21 days will be charged as a full set
  • A cleaning fee of $10 will be charged if lashes are dirty


Gel Nail Specific Policies

  • 4 or more missing nails will be charged as a full set
  • Fills after 28 days (4 weeks) will be charged as a full set


Mask Policy

  • You will be required to wear a mask for the duration of your service providing it doesn't interfere with the service. For example, if you're getting a pedicure you would be required to wear your mask for the duration of the service OR if you're getting a facial you would remove your mask for the duration of the facial and put it back on when the service has been completed.*
    *We have disposable masks available for a fee and you will be required to purchase one if you are unable to supply your own at the time of your appointment


Health History

  • For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately


Right To Refuse Service Policy

  • Our spa staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service
  • We reserve the right to respectfully refuse any service to those that arrive showing even the mildest of symptoms relating to COVID-19


Minimum Age Requirement Policy

  • Our treatments are designed for adults and not conducive to children.  Guests must be 16 years or older to experience spa treatments.  Guests between the ages of 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult to sign for consent of a minor
  • Some services may be available for guests younger than 16. They must be accompanied by an adult to sign for consent of a minor. Please inquire with us before booking


Extra Guests + Children Policy

  • No other guests are permitted during your appointment
  • We kindly request that you do not bring children to your appointment


Pricing Policy

  • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest spa experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time


Product Return Policy

  • Due to COVID-19, we will not be receiving any product returns at this time, thank you for your understanding


Accessibility Information

  • At this time the facility is not wheelchair accessible



COVID-19 Policy

  • Please sanitize your hands when you enter our facility.
  • Please come to your appointment alone with minimal personal items.
  • If you or anyone in your family is unwell or has been in contact with someone who has been tested or diagnosed with COVID 19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
  • We will be waiving all cancellation fees for clients who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID 19.
  • MASKS ARE MANDATORY~ You can either provide your own freshly washed or new disposable mask, or we will provide you with a 3-ply disposable one for a FEE
  • Please bring your own reading material if desired as magazines will not be available.
  • Please keep in mind that these practices are to keep both our clients, our staff and community safe. We look forward to seeing you soon

What should I do to prepare for my service?

It depends on the service, but here are some helpful tips:


Does your service involve:

1. Your face : please arrive with a clean, makeup free face


2. Getting polish on your toes today : bring flip flops 


3. Manicure / Pedicure + gel polish : let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving with light cured polish (gel  polish, shellac) on your fingers or toes as there will be a removal fee for this service prior to your service beginning


4. Bring a list of current medications as you will be asked what medications you are currently taking on our client intake form. Why? Some medications can cause adverse reactions with certain services.
